I'm thinking of Brendan specifically when I write this one.
When leaving the house unoccupied for long periods of time - leaving the house to go home counts - lock the door. A simple screen door with no lock is insufficient to block a thief, whereas a screen door/locked front door combo seems to work better.
Seriously Brendan, I hope that was an accident. If it was, that's cool. Like I'm perfect myself. But if you left the door open for my convenience or something... that's trouble.

Definitely. I think that unless you know someone wants the door open or unlocked that you should lock it. Let's be reasonable here, I'm not locking the door when there's people in the kitchen, but I would lock it if only a few people were home upstairs.
