Party
I'm having a party at the house on saturday, less than 15 people, and I'll clean up whatever mess is left behind by them. If you're in town, join the party. If not... ummm, sorry.
And I don't want to hear any objections either. Well, you can go ahead actually, you're paying rent too.

Party went well, no mess except for my room. Only had like 6 people over, so there's really nothing to worry about.
